To book a pelvic floor consultation, please use the button on the Services page.

Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 2 business days’ notice. If less than 2 days' notice is given, no refund will be given. You may reschedule once. 

 

What to wear 

 

For me to see your muscles and movements clearly, please wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in. I will also need to assess your abdomen, rib cage and spine, so it may be useful to wear some layers and a sports bra. 

 

Chaperones

 

If you already know that you would like an internal or external pelvic floor examination, you are welcome to bring a chaperone with you to your appointment. A female friend or relative is usually best.
